Mercedes-Benz E class - An updated version of the business class sedan that debuted in early 2013. The main distinguishing feature of restyling is the upgraded headlights, which have ceased to be "four-eyed" and are made in a style similar to the younger one. C class. In addition, the buyer can now also choose one of two false radiator grille design options - “classic” with a wide chrome trim and an emblem on the hood, as well as a sporty one, in which a large three-beam star is located right in the center of the grille.
The changes also affected the equipment of the model. A new set of 11 auxiliary systems developed for the new generation is available for the car S class. With the help of special cameras, electronics can now form a three-dimensional model of what is happening around the car within a radius of 50 meters, which, together with automatic braking and active steering systems, significantly reduces the likelihood of getting into an accident, and in the event of an unavoidable frontal collision, active belts help reduce the risk of injury.
The range of engines includes six gasoline engines, the power of which varies from 184 to 408 hp. The list of diesel units consists of five engines with power from 136 to 252 hp. Gearboxes - a six-speed "mechanics" or a seven-band automatic with a new manual control mode, which after a short time returns to automatic mode without requiring additional actions from the driver.
